Synopsis
Film project THURSDAY is collaboration between Šejla Kamerić, a visual artist from Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Anocha Suwichakornpong, a film-maker from Thailand. The work was conceived as a form of a dialog between the two artists.

Filmed over a period of one year the THURSDAY is divided into four sections: Summer Fall, A year, Rain and Roundtrip. All of them are made up of seemingly disconnected scenes. Each scene, or fragment, is a visual experience that evokes the viewer to conjure up his or hers own imagined/remembered narrative. What we remember are just fragments, picture perfect moments frozen in our minds. Perhaps they are real, or perhaps they are just products of our imagination

There is no ‘what comes before’ or ‘after.’ The moment becomes suspended, frozen – a fragment. Threaded together, however, the images keep flowing in the torrents of time.
